Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here is what happens when a request or booking needs to be cancelled.
Before a booking is confirmed
You can withdraw a booking request at any time before you accept our proposed time and price. There is no charge.
If the celebrity cannot attend
If a celebrity is unable to keep a confirmed booking, we will offer you a new time or cancel the booking at no cost to you.
If you need to cancel
Tell us as early as you can. The cancellation terms that apply to your confirmed booking are stated in the confirmation email you accept.

Reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@mail.meetyourcelebrity.net with your booking reference.
